The Advisees at Risk report shows your advisees who received a mid-term or final grade of C- or lower in a given semester. The report lists students in alpha order and then by course number. It’s possible to see the same student listed more than once, if he or she received a C- or lower mid-term or final grade in more than one course.
The report includes:
- Student ID Number
- Name (which is also a link. Clicking on the name takes you to the student’s academic record)
- Prime Division
- Level
- Semester of Entry
- Course Title
- Units
- Mid-Term Grade
- Final Grade
- Email Address (this is a link. Clicking it will open up the WebFAC email tool)
- Faculty Name (this is a link. Clicking it will open up the WebFAC email tool)
